Orozar Highstone? - Guild Wars Forums

I went into the Battledepths to try and find him so I could get the proper quests to get a few skills I desire, and for some reason he isn't there? Do I have to be doing a specific quest or have completed a certain mission for him to show up?

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The first quest he gives is Attack on Jalis's Camp (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Attack_on_Jalis%27s_Camp)

In order to get that quest you need to have done the previous one in the quest chain, which would be northern allies.

And the second quest he gives is the quest that followes Attack on Jalis's Camp.

After you beat the Norn side of the story (Northern Allies) he will be there.
